How to start cooperation
To start a collaboration with Sopra Gallery, please email to: [email protected] a short portfolio and some sample works or submit works available for sale via the Submit Work button.
The verification time is 3 working days. If the application is accepted, a message with the appropriate documents, cooperation agreement and acceptance of the regulations will be sent to the e-mail address provided.
In case of non-acceptance, the Artist will receive relevant information also by email.

1 How do I submit my work for auction?
Zgłoszenie pracy na aukcje należy dokonać najprościej za pomocą przycisku Zgłoś Dzieło lub drogą mailową na adres: [email protected] W tytule maila prosimy podać imię i nazwisko autora oraz frazę „zgłoszenie na aukcję”. Na aukcję można zgłosić dowolną ilość prac. W treści maila należy podać tytuł, wymiary, rok powstania, technikę oraz cenę autorską. Prosimy załączyć też zdjęcia prac w formacie jpg.
2 How do I submit work to the online gallery?
Zgłoszenie pracy do galerii online należy dokonać najprościej za pomocą przycisku Zgłoś Dzieło lub drogą mailową na adres: [email protected] W tytule maila prosimy podać imię i nazwisko autora oraz frazę „zgłoszenie do galerii online”. Do galerii online można zgłosić dowolną ilość prac. W treści maila należy podać tytuł, wymiary, rok powstania, technikę oraz cenę autorską. Prosimy załączyć też zdjęcia prac w formacie jpg.
3 What should I do if I sell a work posted in Sopra's online gallery outside of this service?
Please inform us immediately by email or telephone in order to withdraw your work from the gallery.
4 What happens if I sell an artwork uploaded to Sopra's online gallery outside of this service and do not report it, and in the meantime it is sold or reserved by a client on this service?
In this situation, in accordance with the concluded agreement, the Internet gallery Sopra shall be entitled from the Artist to a contractual penalty in the amount of a fixed price of a given work placed on the website of the gallery.
5 What is the waiting period for payment if my work sells in Sopra's online gallery?
Ustalona cena sprzedaży pracy zostanie przekazana Artyście na rachunek bankowy do 4 tygodni. Prawo konsumenta zezwala Klientom zwracać prace do 14 dni od ich otrzymania. W przypadku pytań zapraszamy do kontaktu pod adresem [email protected]
